The Android App does not currently require users to create a Coffee Music Machine account or profile in order to listen to the radio or use the App. The App therefore does not intentionally request profile information such as a name, postal address, or date of birth for normal radio use.

To provide its features, the App may store information locally on your Android device. Downloaded audio and artwork are stored on the device for offline playback. Local App data remains on the device until it is deleted through App controls, the App's data is cleared through Android settings, or the App is uninstalled, subject to normal Android platform behavior.

When you stream or download audio or artwork, the App connects to Coffee Music Machine content infrastructure, including radio.coffeemusicmachine.com and infrastructure used to host and deliver media files.
As part of normal internet communication, servers and content-delivery infrastructure may process technical request information such as an IP address, request date and time, requested resource, connection information, and basic client or device metadata. This information may be used to deliver requested content, maintain service reliability, protect systems, diagnose technical problems, and prevent abuse.
Coffee Music Machine does not use this technical network data to create a CMM user profile for the current Android App.
Third-Party Services
The Android App relies on third-party services where necessary to provide its functionality. These may include:

Operational server or content-delivery logs may be retained for limited periods according to security, reliability, troubleshooting, and infrastructure requirements. Google retains payment, account, and transaction information according to Google's own policies and legal obligations.

Security
